Minnesota Soy Candle Company is a mother (Lori) and daughter-in-law (April) duo that started making candles as a hobby. Our first candles were for April's wedding. From there we started buying candle-making kits—ten pounds of wax at a time. We poured in canning jars and each batch we made was a great session of trial-and-error. Five years and thousands of pounds of wax later, we are confident in our candles and very excited to offer them for sale to our current and future customers through this website. We are an up-and-coming small business that has been making candles for over five years now. We are located in Nashwauk, MN and have recently built a gift shop next to our residence. We have built our business by selling at home shows and other local shows. At all shows we have been well received, especially by returning customers who are excited to see us again and purchase more candles.
